Botev with a win in the first game by Penev 14-06-2014 18:36

Botev Plovdiv won the first game, managed by the new coach Lyuboslav Penev 4-2 against the Austrina cup-finalists St Pölten. Two goals (the second and the third) for the win were scored by the youngster Cvetelin Chunchukov. Ivan Cvetkov netted one, to get Botev back in the game in the first half, after The Canaries were down by one. Huber scored an own goal for 4-1 in the 63rd minute, and in the end the Austrians scored a second goal for the final 4-2.

Botev Plovdiv are at a summer training camp in Austria before the start of the Championship in Bulgaria. The first game is in a little more than a month.
