Tottenham aims at Botev's star Nedelev

Premier League's Tottenham shows serious interest in the Botev's star Todor Nedelev. Sports director Alexander Alexandrov admitted for a meeting in London between the English side ant representatives from Bulgaria. Until now, Hotspur haven't sent an actual offer for the 20-year old midfielder, but the transfer could be a matter of days.

Nedelev is the most promising talent in the Plovdiv team. The youngster started from the youth formations of the club and made his debut in second division. In the past season 2012/13, he played a major role for the team, who finished 4th in the final standings, and ended with most assists in the whole Bulgarian championship. At that moment, Nedelev is the top goalscorer in the Bulgarian championship with 4 goals. He also helped Botev to eliminate Kazakhstan Astana and Bosnian Zrinijski Mostar, scoring 3 goals in the UEFA League Europa.
