Botev Plovdiv lost to CSKA Sofia in the last game of the first part of the championship. The Canaries played as equals on the hostile CSKA stadium, but were defeated with a single second-half goal by Toni Silva. He scored after a collective mistake in the Yellow-Black defense during a counter-attack in the 67th minute.
