Botev rules over Plovdiv with a 2-0 win in the city derby

Botev Plovdiv won the 97th city derby against the local rival Lokomotiv with 2-0. The first goal was scored by 19-year old Cvetelin Chunchukov in the first half with a beautiful volley. In the second half the scorer fought for the ball and passed for an easy finisher to Ivan Cvetkov for the final 2-0. The Canaries held the game in their hands for the full 90 minutes and had few more chances to score. With this win The Yellow-Blacks are just under the top of the table, sitting at 6th place, but just a point behind the second - Litex.
